The online application takes about 10 minutes. After submission, our team reviews it within 48 hours and contacts you to schedule a property inspection. From first application to going live typically takes 1–2 weeks.
No. We inspect properties as they are and work with what you have. If there are things that would significantly impact the guest experience, we'll advise you — but we don't require renovations before listing. Most properties go live without any changes.
You can set blackout dates on your owner dashboard at any time. During blackout periods, no bookings will be accepted and you have full access to your property. Your home remains yours — we just manage it when you're not using it.
Your 65% earnings are paid monthly, directly to your Nigerian bank account. You can track every booking, every payout, and every deduction on your owner dashboard. Payouts are made at the end of each calendar month.
Every guest pays a refundable security deposit before check-in. After checkout, our team conducts a physical inspection of the property. If damage is found, the deposit covers it before being returned. You will always be notified and consulted for significant issues.
We currently operate in Ondo City (our pilot city), Akure, Ado-Ekiti, Ilesa, and Owo. We are actively expanding — if your city is not listed, apply anyway and we'll reach out when we launch there.
Zero. Listing, inspection, photography, and setup are completely free. We only earn our 35% management fee when a booking is made — so our interests are fully aligned with yours. No booking, no fee.
